Minecraft: Story Mode Episode 8: A Journey's End? Unavailable on Xbox One

The final episode for Minecraft: Story Mode releases today. Unfortunately, it cannot be downloaded at least on Xbox One.

I've attempted to download the game several times and according to several other people I've contacted they're having the same issue. I've reached out to Telltale regarding the issue but they've yet to contact me.

I'll update the story once I hear more.
