Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Expansion Gets a Story Trailer

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is the next upcoming expansion for the wide acclaim and positively received Monster Hunter World. With Capcom releasing a new trailer providing a glimpse at the game's story.

The trailer shows the Research Commission exploring the frigid Hoarfrost Reach from Seliana. Their base of operations at the location has been tracking major monsters. One specifically called the Shrieking Legiana, which is “covered in a white frost which it uses to freeze the air around it and seriously attack hunters.” The developers also tease monsters that were part of the series but didn't make it into the core game.

Monster Hunter: World is now available for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is releasing for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on September 6, 2019.
