Mortal Kombat 11 Sells 12 Million Copies

Recently NetherRealms and WB confirmed they were moving away from Mortal Kombat 11 to pursue a new project. However, today the company confirmed that MK11 has sold over 12 million copies. Pushing the franchise to 73 million total sales.

MKX still remains the highest selling game in the franchise but is pushing forward. With the PS5 and Xbox Series versions now out and proving performance upgrades it's likely MK11 will become the best-selling game in the IP.

Mortal Kombat 11 is available now on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
