New Details about Max Payne 3

Rockstar Games recently released new images and a few details about Max Payne 3 - not bad for a game that went somewhat forgotten. Max Payne 3 will be eight years after the events triggered in Max Payne 2.


Things seem to have given there very well for the protagonist. "No longer a cop, Max is almost a failure, drunk and addicted to painkillers," says the press release from Rockstar. "Without a job in the police, Max leaves NewYork and is currently in Sao Paulo, Brazil, working as a private security." 


The game then follows in the footsteps of Max as the hero provides security for the wealthy Rodrigo Branco and his influential family - including his brother Victor, a local politician, Marcelo, typical playboy, Fabio Branco and sister Giovanna. Finally, the idea is to show how Max went from a vengeful cop roaming the streets of New York to ... Its current state.


 

 Check out some more details revealed by the publisher: 

Game characters will use the Natural Motion System, the Euphoria engine, and also the well-known bullet time feature to add something to the classic system from previous games. 
 

A new animation system will allow more realistic responses to the shots fired by enemies;  Certain areas of the game will trigger the Bullet Time feature. This is truly epic action moments of  which let Max take care of enemies in a new interpretation of  Max Payne's characteristic style.


Bullet-Cams is back, showing the players the way the last bullet  fired by the enemy;  In order to do justice to the style of the graphic novel series, the game will attempt to pass a similar aesthetic to the action scenes in comic books. 
 

MACCAFFREY James is back, lending his  voice to Max Payne;  The cover system returns to the series;  The game will give great attention to detail, as the bullets are capable of destroying almost anything in the environment.
 

Hundreds of hours of motion capture was spent for each individual character, so that everyone, friend or foe, look unique.
