Nintendo Finally Reveals Arms Fighter Coming to Smash
Min Min Arms Herself For Battle!

During a small livestream today, Sakurai revealed the next character appearing in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate: Min Min. As a member of the Arms roster, Min Min has their signature spring-like Arms, which she uses to launch devastating attacks from long range.
Min Min excels at a medium to long range, using the range advantage of her Arms alongside their unique mechanics. An interesting aspect of her mechanics is her ability to slightly angle her attacks, allowing her to hit attacks which feel otherwise unattainable. She also has a somersault kick which she can use to reflect projectiles.
One of the unique features that Min Min has as a Arms fighter is how her play is designed. Rather than having a default B move, A uses her left arm for an attack while B uses her right arm. Both buttons can be constantly pressed for continual attacks. Her left and right B use her arms, while her up and down B have special abilities.
Her down B allows her to swap her right hand weapon between the Ramram; a low damage but high speed ring, the Megawatt; a slow but high damage bludgeon, and the Dragon; which is the same attachment as on her left arm that can fire a laser. Alternatively, her Up B is ARMS Jump which increases in height the longer the button is held. If used in mid-air, it becomes ARMS Hook, which allows you to grapple onto ledges.
One of the most exciting aspects of Min Min is that she was previously a Spirit character in SSBU. Her appearance as a playable fighter means that other fan favorite characters who have been relegated to spirits in the game could later appear as a playable character.
Min Min will also arrive with Spring Stadium, which features various bouncing pads that can be used to destroy your opponents with ease. The stream also announced some Mii Fighter outfits, featuring the ARMS character Ninjara, as well as Tekken character Heihachi. Splatoon fans will also get outfits of Callie and Marie. They also announced a Vault Boy Mii Fighter skin, rounding it out to five new paid DLC outfits.
Min Min launches on June 29th.
