Nintendo To Buy Luigi's Mansion 3 Developer Next Level Games

Nintendo announced this morning an agreement to purchase Canadian developer Next Level Games, who were behind the critically acclaimed Luigi's Mansion 3.
The studio has had a successful relationship with Nintendo, developing also the second Luigi's Mansion installment as well as the fifth main game in Nintendo's Punch-Out!! series.
The announcement marks the developer becoming a full Nintendo subsidiary.
       

Hopefully, the newly bonded relationship - and, presumably, higher budget - will bring an even better next installment to the Luigi's Mansion series.
