PC Requirements for BioShock: The Collection now Live

This week BioShock 1, 2, and Infinite are re-releasing in one package called BioShock: The Collection. With the exception of BioShock 2's multiplayer every piece of DLC released for every game will be available in this package. 

For those getting the game on PC here are the requirements:

Total Storage Space:

  • BioShock: 25 GB
  • BioShock 2: 25 GB
  • BioShock Infinite: 20 GB
  • Total for all three games: 70 GB

Minimum System Specs:

  • OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 64-bit
  • Processor: Intel E6750 Core 2 Duo 2.66 GHz / AMD Athlon X2 2.7 GHZ
  • Memory: 4 GB
  • GPU: DirectX11 Compatible, AMD Radeon HD 7770 / Nvidia GeForce GTX 560

Recommended System Specs:

  • OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 64-bit
  • Processor: 3 GHz Quad-Core
  • Memory: 8 GB
  • Video Card: 2 GB ATI Radeon HD 7970, 2GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 or better

If you own BioShock 1 or 2 on Steam you'll automatically receive the updated versions for no additional cost. Those who own Windows 10 version of BioShock will have to submit a ticket to 2K with a scan of the original receipt and a confirmation email. If you don't have the receipt you'll need to prove you purchased the game. for BioShock 2 you'll simply have to type your Windows Live key into Steam and it'll be added to your library.

BioShock: Infinite is not included in the PC, 2K stated that the game already meets current generation console standards and runs smoothly on high visual settings.

BioShock: The Collection releases on PS4 and Xbox One September 13th and September 15th at 3pm PT on Steam.
