A question that has plagued gamers since the release of Doom 3, when will Doom 4 be released? This notoriously sought after title has been teased in Rage and sprouted numerous rumors from steadfast fans throughout the internet but now it has been confirmed to be in development. MachineGames have stated by pre-ordering Wolfenstein: The New Order you'll gain access to the beta of the next Doom.

Whether it will be called Doom 4 hasn't been confirmed, currently it's being referred as "the next DOOM game". It's clear though, you want to ensure your place in the next Doom's beta than pre-order Wolfenstein: The New Order.
