Psychonauts 2 Development Finished

Double Fine has confirmed have more than a decade of waiting Psychonauts 2's development is officially done.

It's been a long time coming, but Psychonauts 2 has officially gone GOLD.

Psychonauts 2 takes place after the events of Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin. Raz returns to Psychonauts HQ to find out during the absence of Zanotto the second in command Hollis Forsythe started dabbling in necromancy. 

Psychonauts 2 was revealed back in 2015 at the Game Awards and was planned to be crowdfunded through FIG. It raised over $3.8 million in 38 days with more funding coming from investors. The game did suffer from delays such as in 2019 than in July 2020 until 2021. Now Psychonauts 2 will finally arrive this August 25th on Xbox One, Xbox Series, PS4, PS5, and PC.
