Second Assassin's Creed II add-on arrives February 18

It seems like Assassin’s Creed II will be on gamers’ minds for the first 2-3 months of 2010. Even with the release of the game’s first downloadable content late last month, Ubisoft isn’t stopping there. On February 18, the second Assassin’s Creed II add-on will be available both on the Playstation Network and Xbox Live for $4.99 or 400 Microsoft Points, respectively; a dollar more than the first DLC.

 

This pack will also continue the events of the first DLC, ‘Battle of Forli,’ working with Machiavelli to take down Savonarola (known as the mad monk) and attempt to take back the stolen Piece of Eden.

 

Titled ‘Bonfire of the Vanities,’ players will be able to play through 10 memories and be rewarded with a new jumping ability for Ezio to try out. This second add-on will also unlock a new area in Florence for some additional exploration.
