Second Guest In Salem Paradox [Live Stream]

Boo! Here comes my news. Since we’re all very much still in the spirit of this Hallows’ Eve, companies from around the globe are still dispensing candy game info. For one, Meridian4 has conveniently announced some new visuals for their frightening title, The Second Guest.

This point and click adventure is inspired by the visual styilings of Tim Burton, which also directed Batman. However relevant that may be, the game doesn’t have the most original plot device; inviting the protagonist to a spooky castle. Then, stuff happens. Check out the moving pictures. The Second Guest is set for release in early 2012, which is a shame because Grotesque Tactics 2 developers mentioned to be delaying their game, so Meridian4 is left with a gap for the holiday season.

 

 

On another note, our friends at Paradox Interactive which like to offer you all free games like candy, also have some spooky news. Despite already having announced the greatest game news this year, being the Magicka update containing almighty Cthulhu, they also updated their upcoming MMO Salem. Starting off with an enticing witch trailer, the publisher will also live stream a demo of the game on these particular dates: Nov 1st 4.30pm GMT/5.30pm CET/12.30pm EST/9.30am PST.

 

 

In less spooky news, the publisher in question also recently released yet another game, namely Sword of the Stars II. If anything we can say that this game was rare, but we thought: “Man, forget it. Yo homes, to Bel-Air.”
