Modding community given permission to use Skyrim composer's work

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is known for a lot of things but the soundtrack is number 1 on a lot of people's lists. Jeremy Soule, who also composed Oblivion and Morrowind, recently took to Twitter to give the modding community permission to use his work "The Northerner Diaries Symphonic Sketches". All he asked for is credit.
Dear mod community, please feel free to include The Northerner Diaries in your games. I only ask that you credit me when possible. https://t.co/0JnmD4HaSY

This is a small price for what is outstanding music. And in a world where the slightest sound, especially on YouTube, can have your work copyrighted having access to incredible music is an incredible gift.
There are specific rules though, for example, movies will require licensing to use and some content such as YouTube intros for video games seem to be okay. It's best to ask Soule specifically, he has been providing answers to questions asked by the community.
