Star Renegades Delves Into A Protagonist's Past In Anime Trailer

Publisher Raw Fury and developer Massive Damage have unveiled a new anime-style trailer for upcoming JRPG/roguelite hybrid Star Renegades during the Guerilla Collective showcase. The trailer focuses on leading rebel figure Wynn Syphex, revealing the personal reasons that fuel her battle against The Imperium.

Star Renegades promises a proceduarlly generated, mission-based campaign alongside a "reactive, tactical turn-based battle system that emphasizes interrupts and counters". Its Adversary system also makes sure that players remain challenged by enemy officers who rank up and evolve.

Star Renegades, whose trailer you can watch here, is set to launch later this year on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch
