Steam Summer Sale Round-up for July 8

If you're into blockbusters but don't yet own too many of them, you're in luck, seeing as Steam has put some pretty big names up for sale today.

The Splinter Cell and Mass Effect franchises are both down in price 66%, while the Mafia games are 75% off. Newer games get some love as well, with Red Faction Armageddon and DiRT 3 both being 33% off, resulting in prices of €33,49 and €26,79 respectively. Meanwhile, the GOTY edition of Fallout 3 is available for €10,19.

 

Even the most interesting indie game of today's sale is well-known: Amnesia (which I highly recommend) has gone 75% down in price, putting the game at €3,74. Spare underpants sold separately.

Some more low-profile games can be bought as well, with Universe Sandbox and Worms Reloaded (the latter of which I'll be purchasing myself) both sitting at a comfortable €5 price.
