Steam Summer Sale - Win Prizes / Deals Scoped

It’s that time of the year again where PC elitists can spend their hard earn income day in and day out for the entire summer. Steam has kicked off its summer sale and has done so in style. Apart from tons upon tons upon tons of games on sale right now, there’s also a way to win some free stuff.

 

 

The first method is to play games and earn prize tickets, by unlocking special in-game achievements. Each day a new set of games will be available to gain these tickets, which can then be redeemed at the prize booth, currently marked at 3 tickets. There are all sorts of maps, gears, missions and so forth to be had, so have a look. Naturally, this does imply ownership of the ticket holding games.

Secondly, these tickets will also enter players in a grand prize raffle, where 100 players will receive 10 games from their Steam wishlist. This is my wishlist, for instance.
