The Overwatch Summer Games Returns this August 8th

Last year players were able to compete in Lucio Ball, a Rocket League type game where teams of 3 attempted to score a soccer ball into the opposing team's goal. Now it's coming back next week on August 8th.

This won't be the same Lucio Ball as last year. Blizzard is adding placement matches, ranking, and unique unlocks linked to this year's event. If you missed out on the old skins you'll have another chance to unlock them or purchase them at a reduced price. 

There'll be 2 stadiums, Rio and Sydney. Lucio's Ultimate will be different from the previous year. Last year Lucio's ultimate would drag the ball towards you, now it'll boost Lucio's speed and jumping. 

Overwatch is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
