Warhammer: Vermintide 2 - Winds of Magic Releases In August

Publisher and developer Fatshark has announced that Warhammer: Vermintide 2 - Winds of Magic, the upcoming expansion for their first-person slasher, will be releasing at some point in August. A PC beta is scheduled to start in June.
Sign-ups for the PC beta are currently live. Among the host of new features to come in Warhammer: Vermintide 2 - Winds of Magic are a new level cap and higher difficulty, alongside new weapons for each of the five heroes. Kerillian will receive a shield and a spear, Sienna will be able to wield a flaming flail, while Bardin will get himself some throwing axes. Saltzpyre's arsenal will include a billhook, while Kruber will be able to poke beasties with his new heavy spear.
