Yet More PS3 Slim Rumours

Yet more rumours of a PlayStation 3 Slim to fuel the fires, but this one has a little bit of substance to it. A number of online and offline retailers from both Japan and the UK have confirmed that they’re not able to refill their stocks of Sony PlayStation 3 consoles due to SCEE failing to supply the models to them, and this looks set to continue.

This strongly points to a new model on the horizon and perhaps even by Christmas this year.

If this does come to fruition then consumers should not only get a redesign but also a price-cut, as producing a smaller, more refined model is sure to drive costs down.
