Yoshi's New Island Coming Spring 2014

Nintendo announced today that Yoshi's New Island will be coming to the 3DS in Spring 2014. It was also made public that the series original creator, Takashi Tezuka, will be working on the project.

But that wasn't enough, the popular dinosaur will also be featured in the first of two DLC packs for Sonic: Lost World. Now available for free the zone will consist of elements from the Yoshi Island series. The next pack is currently unknown but if Nintendo is reading this may I recommend a Metroid themed stage, specifically Metroid Prime.
