Serket is a repositioning specialist Lancer in FragPunk who combines safe teleportation with area control and enemy displacement abilities. This character excels at tactical repositioning while providing unique crowd control through environmental effects and pull mechanics.

Understanding Serket's abilities allows you to control enemy positioning while maintaining your own safety through superior mobility.
Enemy-Revealing Teleport
Your teleportation ability provides safe repositioning by showing you enemy locations before you teleport. Sandstorms appear to indicate where enemies are positioned, allowing you to choose safe teleport destinations and avoid materializing in dangerous situations.
This intelligence makes your teleportation much safer than similar abilities on other characters.

The enemy detection component allows you to gather information while planning your repositioning. You can see where threats are located and choose teleport positions that either avoid enemies entirely or place you in advantageous positions relative to their locations.
This ability gives you significant mobility advantages while maintaining safety through the information component. You can use it to escape dangerous situations, rotate to different positions, or position yourself for flanking opportunities while knowing exactly where enemies are located.
Tornado
Your second ability creates a tornado that slows enemies caught within its effect. The tornado impairs enemy movement significantly, making it difficult for them to navigate through the area quickly. You can manually stop the tornado, which causes it to grow in size and become more effective at area denial.
When enemies are caught in the tornado, they experience both movement impairment and reduced visibility. The visual effect limits what they can see around them, while the slow effect makes it difficult to escape the area quickly.

This combination makes the tornado effective for both area control and enemy disruption.
You can use the manual stop feature strategically to expand the tornado's coverage when enemies are caught in it or when you need larger area denial. The size increase makes it more difficult for enemies to avoid or escape the effect.
Pull Effect
Your third ability creates a whip effect that pulls enemies toward a central point. You can throw this ability over considerable distances, making it useful for pulling enemies out of cover, around corners, or into disadvantageous positions.
The pull effect gives you control over enemy positioning in ways that few other abilities can match.

The long range capability means you can affect enemies who think they are safe behind cover or at distance. You can pull enemies around corners into waiting teammates, drag them out of defensive positions, or disrupt their formation by separating individuals from their group.
This ability works particularly well in combination with your other tools and team coordination. You can pull enemies into your tornado effects or toward teammates who are ready to capitalize on the displacement.
The positioning control gives your team opportunities to engage enemies who have been moved to disadvantageous locations.
