KLETKA Guide | How to Operate the Elevator Fuel System
Here's an easy guide on how to operate the elevator fuel system

Inside the Kletka Elevator, you will see two bars that control whether the run can continue. These bars represent the two main systems you must manage during the game. The first bar shows the Elevator's current fuel level.
Fuel determines whether the Kletka Elevator can descend to the next floor in the Giga Structure. If the fuel level is too low, the system will prevent the elevator from moving downward. Because of this, gathering fuel becomes one of your main tasks during exploration.

The fuel system is also affected by weight. If the Elevator is carrying too many items, the extra load may prevent it from descending even when some fuel is available. This means players must pay attention not only to fuel levels but also to how much equipment is being stored inside the elevator.
During exploration, you should search rooms and hallways for Gasoline Cans. These cans are the main fuel source powering the Elevator. Once you find them, bring them back and store them in the fuel storage area within the Kletka Elevator.
The storage section can hold several Gasoline Cans simultaneously. Keeping extra fuel stored here is useful because it lets you refill the system whenever needed. When you want to add fuel, you simply walk to the refueling control and hold the interaction key. This transfers fuel from the stored Gasoline Cans into the elevator system.
You can also decide how much fuel to add each time you refill it. This gives you control over how quickly you use your stored resources. Managing fuel carefully allows your team to descend through more floors without interruptions.

Elevator Condition and System Stability
The second bar displayed inside the Kletka Elevator shows the condition of the elevator system. This bar represents how well the elevator is functioning during the run.
As the Elevator continues descending through the Giga Structure, its condition slowly decreases. This happens naturally as the system continues to operate. Damage can also occur during certain events or encounters on different floors.
When the condition becomes too low, the Elevator will stop functioning correctly. If the condition bar reaches zero, the elevator will stop descending until repairs are completed.
This system works together with the fuel bar to control your progress. Both systems must remain above zero in order for the run to continue smoothly. If either the fuel bar or the condition bar reaches zero, the Kletka Elevator will stop and force players to fix the problem before moving forward.
Because of this, players must regularly monitor both bars and maintain the Elevator throughout the run.

What Happens When Fuel Reaches Zero
Running out of fuel does not immediately destroy the Kletka Elevator, but it will stop your descent. When this happens, the elevator halts at its current floor and refuses to move.
At that point, the team must leave the Elevator and search the surrounding area for fuel resources. Somewhere on that floor, you will usually find items that can help restart the system.
Once the fuel source is located, players can return to the Kletka Elevator, place the fuel into storage, and refill the system. After refueling, the elevator can resume descending.
Although the run does not end instantly when fuel reaches zero, the situation creates pressure. You must explore the floor while knowing that the elevator cannot move until fuel is found.
Because of this, maintaining a steady fuel reserve is always safer than allowing the system to run out.

Turning Organic Materials Into Fuel
The Kletka Elevator does not rely only on Gasoline Cans for fuel. It can also convert organic materials into energy.
Any item made from biological matter can be fed into the elevator system. When these materials are placed into the Elevator, they are processed and converted into usable fuel.
Examples of these materials include Monster Flesh, Rotten Flesh, Human Flesh, and certain food items. Even though these items may seem unusual, they still function as fuel sources for the Elevator.
This system gives players another way to maintain fuel supplies. If gasoline is unavailable, collecting organic materials during exploration can still help power the Elevator.
Because of this mechanic, it can be useful to carry a few organic materials while exploring the Giga Structure. They can act as backup fuel if the main supply runs low.
Repairing the Elevator With a Wrench
Keeping the Kletka Elevator in good condition requires regular repairs. The safest and most effective way to repair the system is by using a Wrench.

Several types of Wrenches exist in the game, each with its own durability. Durability is the number of times a tool can be used before it breaks.
When you hold a Wrench and interact with the elevator, the tool will use a portion of its durability to restore the elevator’s condition. Each repair slightly increases the condition bar and helps keep the system stable.
Because tools eventually wear out, it is important to use them carefully. Saving durability for necessary repairs helps ensure that the elevator remains operational during later floors.
Repairing the Elevator With Bare Hands
If no Wrench is available, players still have another way to repair the Kletka Elevator. It is possible to interact with the system directly and attempt repairs by hand.
However, this method carries a risk. Each attempt has a chance of causing an electric shock. When the shock occurs, the player receives damage.
Early in the run, the shock chance may be relatively low. Even so, repeated attempts increase the danger because multiple shocks can eventually kill the player.
When the repair succeeds, the elevator's condition increases slightly. However, because of the risk involved, this method should only be used when no tools are available.
Using a Wrench remains the safest option for maintaining the Kletka Elevator.
Using the Elevator Lever to Continue the Descent
Once the Kletka Elevator has enough fuel and its condition is stable, the team can continue the descent through the Giga Structure.

To move to the next floor, you interact with the Elevator Lever located inside the elevator. Pulling this lever activates the system and begins the next descent.
Each new floor introduces different environments, hazards, and enemies. Because of this, it is important to check fuel levels, complete repairs, and prepare equipment before pulling the lever.
When the Elevator Lever is used at the right moment, it allows the team to move deeper into the structure and continue the run without unnecessary problems.
