This guide shows you how to complete the John Baker side quest in RoboCop: Rogue City - Unfinished Business. You'll have to make a very important choice: should they reveal the truth about John Baker's wife or not?

Documents found in the area show that the experimental treatment kills over time, but John Baker keeps trying because he wants to climb the stairs to his dead wife.

Option 2: Reveal the Truth

By telling John Baker the truth, he thinks about how scared his wife is of being left alone. 

He tells her that he appreciates her concern for his health and chooses to stop taking Youth Medicine because it is making him feel bad.
