Konami has returned with the release of Silent Hill 2, a remake of their classic horror game. This game is notable for its unusual puzzles, which may be time-consuming and irritating. The remake of Silent Hill 2 is no different. This article will show you how to solve the Decorative Box Puzzle.

Located on the first floor in the Pharmacy of the Otherworld version of Brookhaven Hospital. You’ll get the code from the Trick or Treat Elevator Quiz asked during the ride in the Brookhaven Hospital Otherworld. It is one of the quizzes that does not change based on your selected puzzle difficulty.

During the ride you’ll be asked 3 questions, the answers will be in multiple choice form and the option to the questions will be the code.

First Question

"In the early eighteen-hundreds, a terrible disease spread across Silent Hill resulting in the death of many of its inhabitants. Their bodies thrown into the lake to sleep forever in their watery grave. How many souls were lost during the plague?"
