A guide to locate and destroy the 10 Totems in Tomb Raider.

The Coastal Forest contains ten Totems to find and destroy, each providing experience. This guide lists their locations in the order they are typically encountered, starting from the initial Base Camp.

Totem 1 of 10

Begin at the first Base Camp, Sheltered Ridge. From here, head west back down the narrow cliffside pathway. Stop moving as soon as Lara stands up straight. Turn left to find this Totem hanging from a tree branch. Destroy it with your Bow for 10 XP.

Totem 2 of 10

This Totem is located in the southern part of the forest. It hangs from a tree. Destroy it for 10 XP.

Totem 3 of 10

This Totem is also found in the southern part of the forest, hanging from a tree. Destroy it for 10 XP.

Totem 4 of 10

This Totem hangs from the same tree you previously climbed to acquire the Makeshift Bow. Destroy it for 10 XP.

Totem 5 of 10

Locate this Totem in the southern forest area. It hangs from rocks positioned beneath one of the collapsed trees, which you can use as a bridge between rock ledges. Destroy it for 10 XP.

Totem 6 of 10

Travel to the northern part of the forest. This Totem hangs beneath the destroyed bridge spanning the river. Destroy it for 10 XP.

Totem 7 of 10

In the northern forest, find this Totem hanging under the primary, left-side bridge over the river. Destroy it for 10 XP.

Totem 8 of 10

This Totem is located near the primary left bridge in the northern forest. It hangs from a tree. Destroy it for 10 XP.

Totem 9 of 10

Go to the northern forest west of the ruins examined by Whitman to find an altar. Climb the stairs near the altar and look up. The Totem hangs from a wooden structure above. Destroy it for 10 XP.

Totem 10 of 10

This final Totem is in the northern forest ruins examined by Whitman. It is located to the right of the large gate you open as part of a story objective, hanging from a wall. Destroy it for 150 XP.
