The Mall section in Tormented Souls 2 consists of various puzzles, some trickier than others, and each of the puzzles will have its own unique method of solving them, as well as require hidden items or clues for you to collect; oftentimes, they’ll be hidden within the puzzle’s vicinity.

Finding the Mall's back entrance key is a small but crucial part of progression in Tormented Souls 2.

You’ll be able to find it in the Commercial District of the town, around the rear section of the mall.

The butcher shop is one of the game's more ominous locations, and you need a key to unlock it.

To get your hands on it, you’ll need to make your way down to the lower area of the butcher shop and look for a dead body nailed to a wall.

When you inspect the body, you’ll be able to collect the Mall Back Entrance Key.

Head back to the commercial district and head to the rear door of the mall.

This marks the end of a small step required to progress through Tormented Souls 2.
