Ubisoft Forward 2020 Recap
On July 12, Ubisoft revealed new games, in-depth peeks at their AAA titles, and even new additions to currently released games.

During the Ubisoft Forward event that debuted this past weekend, players learned about some of Ubisoft's biggest titles, new additions to popular games, and even some gameplay of their long-awaited Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. If anyone missed the chance to watch the stream when it released, don't worry: NoobFeed has you covered.

GHOST RECON: BREAKPOINT
2019's Ghost Recon:Breakpoint announced the arrival of AI teammates, intended to help out solo queuing players. Starting on July 15, players will have the ability to command their teammates, each one equipped with a unique weapon and fully customizable. When players fall, the AI will attempt to pick them up, but will focus on eliminating the enemies beforehand. Additionally, a new Resistance event is launching on July 16, which will allow players to participate in a series of missions, in order to help the Outcasts in their war against the Sentinels.
WATCHDOGS: LEGION
WatchDogs:Legion has been announced, with a release date of October 29, 2020. Build your army of resistance, from almost NPC in the streets. Players are able to have up to 40 operatives at once to fight against the takeover of London, each with their own set of unique abilities and weapons. Whatever your play style, there are multiple operatives that you will be sure to enjoy.
BRAWLHALLA MOBILE
The intense side scrolling fighter Brawlhalla is making its way to mobile devices, launching for iOS and Android on August 6. The mobile versions will support with all other platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Brawlhalla is also offering a special in-game reward for those who download the new version.
MIGHT & MAGIC: ERA OF CHAOS
Might & Magic: Era of Chaos has officially left its 7 month beta, and is now available for play on iOS and Android devices. For those who are unaware, this mobile game is an army-battle RPG, which allows players to summon unique heroes, build massive armies of various creature, mages and warriors, using strategy and wit to overcome your enemies. The game received extremely positive reviews, and even promises an in-game reward to those who download the game shortly after the Ubisoft Forward event.
TOM CLANCY'S ELITE SQUAD
Tom Clancy's Elite Squad was officially given an August 27 release date for iOS and Android devices. The team based game features characters from all previous Tom Clancy games, each with their own unique abilities. Players will be able to participate in 5v5 battles as well as unique, solo campaign missions. The game's expansive roster allows for a variety of tactical battles, in which the players will have to issue orders to each of their squamates in order to save the world.
RAINBOW SIX SIEGE CELEBRATES 5 YEARS
In Tom Clancy related news, Rainbow Six: Siege celebrated their 5 year anniversary and milestone of 60 million players. The team thanked the community for all of their support, and promises more content to come in the foreseeable future.
HYPERSCAPE ENTERS OPEN BETA
Ubisoft's new battle royale HyperScape has officially launched their open Beta, allowing players to jump directly into the literal future of gaming. It is 2058, and the outside world has collapsed in such a way that its citizens turn to virtual games to escape real life, taking them to the world of the HyperScape. This fast-paced sci-fi shooter is now available for free on PC, and their open beta is introducing a new weapon, hack, and new game modes.
ASSASSIN'S CREED: VALHALLA
The long awaited Assassin's Creed: Valhalla has now received an official release date of November 17, 2020. The game will have a current and next-generation console release, and Ubisoft Forward showed off some of the game's evolved gameplay on the Xbox Series X. In the newest installment of the Assassin's Creed franchise, players will be able to lead Viking raids on villages and fortified castles, build alliances, assassinate targets, and improve their personal Viking settlement. The game promises to have a historically accurate world, including the fact that Vikings were generally peaceful warriors, fighting only when necessary. Ubisoft used their event to promote the game's new, brutal combat system, skill tree and small peeks at the game's story.
FAR CRY 6
Finally, Ubisoft wrapped up their first stream debut of games with a launch announcement of Far Cry 6, slated for February 18, 2021. Players will fight to free their homeland of Yara, a tropical island under rule of a brutal tyrant, President Anton Castillo. To begin their revolution and save the island, players will have access to various weapons, vehicles, and allies, as well as an in-depth story that is sure to keep users fully immersed in the game's world.
The first ever Ubisoft Forward event was a huge success, and attracted thousands of viewers as it debuted. The company promised that another, updated Ubisoft Forward event would be happening later this year. At the end of Sunday's stream, Ubisoft CEO mentioned that there is "a lot more to come," and that Ubisoft Forward: Part 2 would be announced at a later date.
