Franchise fighter Jump Force is go on Nintendo Switch. Publisher Bandai Namco announced that their anime brawler will land on the portable device on August 28, 2020.
Jump Force has, despite some critical lashings, found a niche appeal among fighting fans and anime fans alike. With over a dozen properties from the Shonen Jump stable, totaling over 50 characters, the colorful 3D fighter has a choice on the roster for pretty much anyone, from the One Piece lads to HunterXHunter. Additionally, the Deluxe Edition, as it will be called, comes with the Character Pass 1. In the additional content, players will find nine more characters to choose from, being:
Kaiba (Yugioh)
Bisky (HunterXHunter)
All Might (My Hero Academia)
Bakugo (My Hero Academia)
Good Buu (Dragon Ball Z)
Madara Uchiha (Naruto)
Toshiro Hitsugaya (Bleach)
Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez (Bleach)
Trafalgar Law (One Piece)
Additional fighters also come with a few outfits, abilities, as well as their J-Skills, which can boost a player's stats. Not included in the Switch version is the Character Pass 2, which has five more fighters and costumes, as well as J-Skills.
Jump Force hovers around a 60 on Metacritic, which is not stellar. If all you want is to bump heads with Goku or Yugi, however, this game is that type of dumb fun.
