J.J. Abram’s game division is bolstering its ranks by hiring Anna Sweet, former Valve executive who was a founding member of their business team. Sweet will take the position of CEO and work alongside president Dave Bronoff to lead the fledgling studio. Besides her experience at Valve, Sweet is also a veteran at Oculus and may have expertise to bring Bad Robot Games into the VR space.

Currently, Bad Robot Games is working with Epic Games to create the mobile title Spyjinx. However, a large amount of the studio's funding is backed by both Tencent and Warner Bros. Interactive. It is difficult to say if either party will proceed with acquiring more of the company. This is made even more interesting, as Warner Bros. Interactive itself is rumored to be up for sale.
Beyond Spyjinx, Bad Robot Games' future plans are undisclosed. It is possible they make use of Bad Robot's properties, like Cloverfield or Westworld, or even a brand new original game franchise.
