When you reach the part of the mission where you must create a diversion to reach the Helicopter, you have a tight time limit. Here is how you clear the way quickly.

Clearing the Deck

To begin, collect the 50 Caliber Pistol from the floor to the right of the Flight Controls. This weapon deals a great deal of damage and can kill the Heavy Enemies guarding the deck with one shot. Use it to take out the enemies on the higher levels first, so they can't shoot you from above.

Keep going and keep one tapping the Heavy Guards with the 50 Caliber Pistol. If you are running low on ammo, shoot the Explosive Barrels around the area to save your bullets.

Once you have cleared most of the room, switch to your secondary weapon to finish off any remaining targets in 007 First Light.

Getting to the Chopper

After you clear the deck, run toward the next room. Use the window for cover while you take out the enemies inside.

These guards are not as heavily armored, so they should be easier to handle. Even on the highest difficulty, this method clears the room fast enough for you to reach the Helicopter with about 10 seconds left on the clock in 007 First Light.
