You have to be close to Damien Webb and wait for the progress bar to fill to 100% to hack his phone, which can be a bit tricky on higher difficulties.

Balancing Provoke and Stall

You have two main options during the interaction: Provoke and Stall. Use Provoke when the target begins to walk away; this forces him to come back toward you, which builds your progress percentage in 007 First Light.

You must stay near him for the meter to rise. However, doing this often will cause him to attack you, which drains your health.

If your health is low, use the Stall option. This allows you to recover your health bar.

Try to wait until the last possible second before you make a choice, as this gives you the longest period for health to regenerate. You are on a timer, so watch the screen closely to make sure you do not let the timer run out and fail the mission.

Finalizing the Hack

Toward the end of the interrogation, the target will attempt a heavy attack. Even if your health is still recovering, you may need to use Provoke one last time to pull him back into range to finish the final bit of the progress bar in 007 First Light.

Do not rush your choices; prolonging the decision process is the key to surviving the damage he deals while ensuring he stays close enough to complete the data transfer.
