Here’s a guide on how to use Shockwave in 007 First Light.

After completing the Joshua Pike mission you will receive the Shockwave, a useful device for pushing guards back or clearing a way for you to escape. It is fairly noisy though, so don't use it if you're trying to be sneaky.

How to Trigger the Effect

To use it, go into your Q-Lens mode. Look for the icon with a blue circle, two lines, and a half-circle. On a controller, hold the L1 button and tap the Triangle button to fire.

This move uses your watch battery, so watch your power levels. If your power runs low, you must find batteries or chemicals in the world to fill it back up in 007 First Light.

Combat and Utility Uses

You can use the Shockwave to stagger enemies during a fight. This gives you a clear opening to attack or get out of a bad spot. It also works on the environment.

You can use it to break through locked doors, smash covers, or destroy objects in the room. Even if you run out of power, it is a strong gadget to keep ready. Just use it when you need to force your way through or stop a group of guards from hitting you in 007 First Light.
