You have a few ways to upgrade your ID Bracelet during the Access the Command Center mission. You can use notes, listen in on conversations, or use a code. Here is one way to finish the job.

Finding Intel and Keys

Start by listening to the group talking at the front of the room. Pay attention to the Air Vents in the back because you will need them. Look for a Key left on a desk in 007 First Light.

You should also check the pockets of the people nearby with your Watch. If you cause a distraction, you can grab that Key and the one from the desk without being caught.

Exploring the Lower Floors

Head down to the bottom floor where there are offices in the corners. Listen to the talk down here to learn more.

You can light a fire outside if you have a Lighter. If not, use your Watch to mess with the trash and the fire to keep the guards busy. This helps you get a Note with some tips.

Look for the Legal Department office and wait for a conversation to end. Light a fire to move the guard. Once the room is empty, walk in to grab another Note and find the Safe Key inside a desk cubicle.

Completing the Mission

Go back to the floor where the meeting is happening. Walk up and interrupt the people so they stop talking and move away.

Now you can get into the Air Vent. If that path is blocked, the Safe Key you found will help you figure out the code for the Keypad.

Enter the Air Vent to unlock the door. Move through to the other side, but watch out for two guards waiting in the small room. Take them down, walk into the Security Room, and use the Panel to finish the ID Bracelet upgrade in 007 First Light.

Using the Keypad Code

If you want the Keypad code, use your Office Key Card on a door near the start of the area. Open all the lockers until you reach the last one. You will see a note there with a riddle that tells you the code is 1864.
