Assassin's Creed Valhalla recently went gold and today Ubisoft revealed post-launch content is coming as well. With the season pass confirmed and the first expansion revealed. Called Wrath of the Druids players will venture to Ireland and see Eivor face a druid cult. Taking aspects of Irish folklore and launching this Spring 2021.
The second expansion is called The Siege of Paris will center on the Viking siege of France against King Charles II in 845 AD. This expansion will launch this Summer 2021.
The final expansion is called The Legend of Beowulf and will have Eivor solving a mystery involving several victims covering in a mold. Taking reference from the Beowulf poem and not the horrible movie.
Infusing mystical elements within an Assassin's Creed game isn't new. Assassin's Creed Origins had several bosses fights against Egyptian Gods and Assassin's Creed Odyssey featured the same along with fights against Greek Gods and mythical creatures.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla launches on November 10th for PC, PlayStation 4, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. It will release for PlayStation 5 on November 12th.
