ZeniMax Media buys Escalation Studios

Bethesda parent company ZeniMax Media has announced that it has purchased Escalation Studio.
ZeniMax now has the following subsidiaries:
Bethesda Softworks
Bethesda Game Studios
ZeniMax Online Studios
id Software
Arkane Studios
Tango Gameworks
MachineGames
BattleCry Studios
Founded in 2007 by Tom Mustaine and Marc Tardif Escalation Studios is known for helping developers. They've assisted in the development of DOOM and developed the VR game Please Don't Touch Anything.
Todd Vaughn, Vice President of Development at Bethesda, released the following statement:
“We have continually been impressed with the team at Escalation that Tom and Marc have assembled. Their commitment to quality and innovation has made significant contributions to the projects we’ve worked on together, and we’re excited to have them join ZeniMax.”
Marc Tardif, Co-Managing Director of Escalation Studios added:
“ZeniMax’s studios are responsible for some of the most iconic games in our industry. Becoming a part of this amazing family of developers is an honour for everyone at our studio.”
Doom is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
