Overwatch is one of the most competitive titles available now and many Nintendo fans would love to take it on the go on the Nintendo Switch. According to senior producer Pete Stilwell, following the announcement that Diablo 3 is coming to the Nintendo Switch, Overwatch on the Switch is "feasible".

When speaking with Gamespot Stilwell stated:

“Anything is within the realm of possibility,” says Stilwell. “Our team was given the task to work on this. If [Overwatch developer] Team 4 picks up that endeavor, that’s on them. As of right now Diablo is our only focus on Switch.”

However, fans shouldn't expect all of Blizzard's titles to come to the Switch. For example, Starcraft 2 would remain a PC exclusive because consoles would "change the core gameplay".

Fans shouldn't expect a Nintendo Switch version soon. Just because something is feasible doesn't mean it'll work. As we've seen with a lot of ports to the Nintendo Switch the games had to be downgraded to run on the Switch. Doom and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus had performance downgrades to run on the Nintendo Switch. For a competitive shooter like Overwatch performance matters a lot more.
