New information on The Last of Us Part II Multiplayer revealed

Today, Naughty Dog indirectly revealed new information about the much anticipated The Last of Us Part II, specifically the multiplayer. Near the end of 2018 Naughty Dog posted new positions at the company regarding The Last of Us Part II with multiplayer focused positions offering details about what players can expect from the final game.
The full description from the job listing gave the following statement:
We are looking for a server programmer who loves constructing a scalable, stable, and secure ecosystem of services for players to enjoy. You will usher them through the entire multiplayer experience, from first login, through matchmaking, and then granting rewards players can use to customize their characters in the store. As one of the caretakers of the live environment, you will be a critical part of the team that launches the game’s services.
This isn't surprising since Uncharted 4: A Thief's End also included these features and while we don't have much information about the multiplayer mode for The Last of Us Part II small pieces of information regarding it is always welcomed. The position does note "deployment of new servers" which could hint at dedicated servers but considering that Uncharted 4 didn't include this feature it could mean something else. Or we could be wrong and The Last of Us Part II could be Sony's eSports title.
The Last of Us: Part II is now in development for PS4.
