Battletoads Hits A Million Players

Battletoads' long-awaited return has had a mixed reception but most cartoonish antics of the brothers or friends, it's never made clear, has been mostly positive. With the title reaching 1 million players.

We also wanted to share some stats with you (taken on October 12th) since passing the milestone of over a million unique players leaping in to try the game, with the cool, impulsive Rash pipping his partners to the post as the most frequently selected 'Toad.

I reviewed Battletoads and thought the gameplay offered enough varied action but felt the platforming puzzle sections were the weakest part. The game's story was great, offering a mix of laughs found in a Saturday morning cartoon.

Battletoads is now available for Xbox One and PC.
