London Games Festival 2009

The fourth annual London Games Festival has been officially announced and will take place on October 24th.

“The 2008 London Games Festival was the biggest and brightest. With support from all areas of the industry it is now well established as part of the worldwide event calendar and we look forward to its ongoing success,” said Michael Rawlinson of ELSPA, the trade body responsible for running the show this year.

Last year’s event attracted no fewer than 200,000 people and this year looks to bring in even bigger crowds.

Some of the highlights of the show will include the London Games Conference, the Eurogamer Expo and the Golden Joystick Awards.
