Developer Triternion has announced that multiplayer medieval slasher Mordhau is less than two weeks away. The title is set to release on PC through Steam on April 29th. The game will feature both first-person and third-person cameras and support game modes fit for small-scale engagements as well as 64-player battles. Yes, there will also be a battle royale mode.
While Mordhau mainly focuses on multiplayer, a co-op Horde mode, as well as an offline practice mode will also be available for those looking for different experiences, or eager to hone their skills without getting repeatedly impaled.
The game also aims to bring much more freedom to its sub-genre, allowing players to fight from horseback, while on ladders, as well as use siege equipment. You'll also be able to carefully customize your medieval mercenary, including creating your weapon from parts and picking out individual armor pieces.
