To get all the Relics in the Hall of Mirrors, you'll need specific mobility upgrades for Rose like Smash, Double Jump, and Aerial Rush before you can grab everything in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.
Dusk Amulet Location
Head over to the Delived Level inside the Hall of Mirrors. Look for a deep, vertical shaft. As you drop down the shaft, trigger your Smash ability to smash straight through the brittle floor sections.
Keep breaking the downward barriers until you spot a glowing portal near the bottom. Step right through the portal, and you will land in a secluded chamber right in front of the chest.

Crystalized Blood Location
Travel to the Dead End Tower. This room is a massive vertical gauntlet loaded with Chaos Shards, grapple points, and linked portals in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.
You need to work your way upward. Grapple from anchor to anchor, dodge the hazard fields, and pick the right portals to advance up the structure. Keep climbing until you reach the open platform at the very peak of the tower. The reward chest sits right in the open at the summit.
FaithsSand Charm Location
Go to the Servants' Refectory within the Hall of Mirrors. Climb up toward the top-left corner of the hall and hit the wall switch.
Once you flip the switch, turn around and grapple onto the newly accessible anchor point hanging up near the ceiling rafters in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.
Pull yourself up, head left, and chain your Double Jump into an Aerial Rush to launch across the wide gap. You will pass through a hidden portal that drops you directly in front of the chest.
Haunting Relic Location
Head down to the Steps of Misdirection. Near the center floor of this zone, you will find an activation switch.
Hit the lever to start the obstacle course. You have to react quickly here. Time your ground dashes, slide under low barriers, and cross collapsible platforms before they fall out from underneath you.
The final stretch requires quick crouches and fast directional dashes between hazard traps. Once you clear the last jump, drop to the floor at the very bottom of the room to claim your prize from the chest in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.

FAQ
Q. Which movement abilities do I need before exploring the Hall of Mirrors?
A. You will want Smash, Double Jump, Aerial Rush, and the grapple hook. Without them, you cannot clear the gaps or break the floor blocks required to reach these chests.
Q. Does the Dusk Amulet speed boost activate if I run out of mana entirely?
A. Yes. The 35% speed buff is active as long as your current mana is between 0% and 15% of your max gauge.
