If you want to clear every milestone or collect every cosmetic in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse, you need to see the Bad Ending at least once. It is the fastest ending to trigger in the entire game, and you can wrap it up within your first few hours of entering Dracula's Castle.
Here is how to run directly into the trap, pick up the achievement, and grab the bonus skin for Rose Belmont in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.

Head Toward Clock Tower Instead of Carmilla
Early in your run through Dracula's Castle, the story gives you two targets to defeat: Carmilla (The Occultist) and Isaac (The Zealot).
To keep the standard storyline on track, you are meant to hunt down Carmilla. To get the Bad Ending immediately, you need to ignore her completely and go after Isaac instead.
Make your way up to the very top of the Clock Tower. As you approach the marker for Isaac on your map, a cutscene will stop you right in front of a giant magical device known as the Cursed Horologium.
Ignore Warning and Enter Left Door
During this scene, your allies will warn you to turn back and avoid messing with the clock. Do not listen to them in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.
Walk past the Cursed Horologium and head straight through the door on the left side of the room. Moving past this barrier sends Rose Belmont straight into a trap, dropping you directly into an early encounter with Dracula.
You do not have to fight a full boss battle here. Instead, a cutscene plays where Rose falls to Dracula, ending her journey on the spot.
Rewards for Getting the Bad Ending
Even though Rose loses the fight, the game rewards you for finding this shortcut:
1. You unlock the Belmont's Fall trophy/achievement.
2. You receive an exclusive alternate character skin for Rose Belmont.
Once the credits roll, the game places you right back outside the room before the cutscene triggers. This lets you pick up your progress without losing any gear or having to start a new file in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.

FAQ
Q. Do I lose my save file if I trigger the Bad Ending?
A. No. Once the cutscene finishes, the game reloads your save right before you walked through the door. You keep all your items and can turn around to play through the rest of the story normally.
Q. Can I still get the other endings on the same playthrough?
A. Yes. Because the game resets your position just before the trap, you can immediately leave the Clock Tower, go fight Carmilla, and continue working toward the Normal or True endings.
Q. Is the Bad Ending required for 100% completion?
A. Yes, you need to have the Belmont's Fall achievement and Rose's Outfit for 100% completion.
