Longsword

You do not need to search for this one. Rose begins the game with the Longsword already in her inventory. It’s your starting weapon, and you’ll be learning enemy patterns and exploring the early areas of Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse with the Longsword.

Bastard Sword

To find the Bastard Sword, travel to the Justice District Sewers within Paris Streets. Check your map and head down and to the right from the View of Paris landmark.

Once you drop into the tunnels, look for a treasure chest hidden behind dark terrain. Cast Holy Light to clear the way, walk up to the chest, and pop it open to claim your prize.

Joyeuse

The Joyeuse is tucked away inside Notre Dame, specifically along the Path of the Penitent. It's got quick movement and good timing to get it into Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.

First, hit the room's main switch to start the obstacle sequence. Sprint past the laser traps without taking damage, and then use your Smash ability to clear the heavy barrier. The chest holding the Joyeuse sits right on the other side.

Valmanway

The Valmanway is the strongest sword in the game, but grabbing it takes real preparation. It is tied directly to The Judge tarot card quest. First, track down enough health and mana upgrades across the world to fill four complete hearts.

Once your stats are ready, travel to the Palace of Justice in Paris Streets. Walk inside and step directly onto the scale to weigh Rose.

Meeting the upgrade requirements balances the scale, completing the trial for The Judge and placing the Valmanway straight into your hands in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.
