There are five separate Relics hidden in the halls of Notre Dame that have good trade-offs and utility for Rose.

Beelzebub's Seal

This relic boosts your overall damage by 30%, but cuts Rose's maximum health pool in half in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.

Head to the bottom-right corner of the Chapel of Patience. You will find an unstable floor section guarded by two inactive, shield-bearing Axe Knights standing near a switch.

Drop through the collapsible ground and hit the switch to wake the guards. Take down both knights, turn left, and leap across the gap to loot the chest.

Soul Fragment

When your health drops to 30% or lower, hitting enemies generates 50% more mana in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.

Make your way into the Nave. If you want to skip most of the stealth section around the Great Organ, take the upper shortcut instead. Stand on the right side of the entrance, double jump into the air, and latch your whip onto the far-right pink grapple anchor.

Time your swing to propel yourself left, scale upward, and loop back right to land directly in front of the chest.

Witch's Brew

You gain 20% bonus damage for each healing potion bottle that is completely empty in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.

Travel to the Transept. Starting from the La Fléche crossroads, drop down through the gap leading toward the Great Organ. Make sure to hug the left wall tightly on your way down. Watch for a secluded ledge on your left side; land on it to claim the chest sitting out in the open.

Eldritch Talisman

Resting at a save room gives you 15 seconds of complete invulnerability, and taking damage doubles your usual post-hit invincibility frames.

You can find this piece inside the East Gallery. Check the lower section of the room and look between two spike pits, just to the right of a pair of grapple anchors. Use your Smash ability directly between the hazards to shatter the hidden floor and reveal the buried chest beneath.

Infernal Medallion

This reduces the mana cost of your equipped spell by 10 points, but caps your total mana pool at 80% of its maximum capacity.

Make your way into the Reliquary. Take your time crossing the chamber to weave past the laser barriers and rows of tall spike traps.

Before you drop down to the ground level at the far end of the room, push against the wall on your right. Pushing it triggers a concealed switch that unlocks the adjacent room. Slide under the low gap into the new area to open the chest in Castlevania: Belmont's Curse.

FAQ

Q. Is Beelzebub's Seal worth using for boss fights?

A. It depends on how confident you are with dodging. A permanent 30% damage increase speeds up boss encounters significantly, but the 50% max health penalty means even basic boss attacks can take you down in one or two hits.

Q. Do I need the pink grapple ability to get the Soul Fragment?

A. The Pink grapple ability is a must. The shortcut skip in the Nave relies entirely on latching onto the pink anchor mid-air. If you do not have that upgrade yet, stick to the normal stealth path below or return once your whip is upgraded.
