Mega Evolutions Confirmed for Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee!

Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu And Let's Go Eevee is taking the franchise back to the Kanto region with the original 150 Pokemon but that doesn't mean everything will be traditional. According to Serebii the latest issue of CoroCoro has confirmed Mega Evolutions for the game.

The issue shows Mega Blastoise, Mega Venasaur, Mega Charizard X, and Mega Charizard Y. The mechanic will operate the same with a stone required for each Pokemon and only available to 1 Pokemon per battle.

Introduced in Pokemon X and Y Mega Evolutions allow specific Pokemon to reach another evolutionary stage, increasing their overall stats.
