Metro: Last Light Release Date Announced

This morning Deep Silver announced the official release date(s) for Metro: Last Light. Fans can now look forward to Metro: Last Light without the anxiety of the unknown. Deep Silver's International Commercial Director stated in the press release:

"Since it has been made public that we took over the Metro franchise, the fans keep asking for a release date. Now we can finally announce when they will be able to get their hands on the game! We would like to thank all of the Metro fans for their patience. And we can assure them that we have a lot more coming their way with the franchise."

The sequel to 2010's Metro 2033 arrives in North America on May 14, 2013 and in Europe on May 17, 2013. Metro: Last Light will be available for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

Metro: Last Light is now available for pre-order with the limited edition including in game bonuses: extra military grade bullets, a modified Russian rifle, and a bonus hardcore difficulty.
