New applications come to Xbox 360

Xbox Live has introduced a new Machinima application that allows you to view the website’s content through your Xbox 360. Joining the application are 3 more entertainment options.

 On Thursday you’ll be able to watch the Revolver Golden Gods Award Show. Apparently it’s a rock/metal show that has been appearing for 5 years. Users can use SmartGlass-enhanced to fill out polls, see backstage interviews, and check out the award nominees.

Starting on May 10th Xbox Video will have new episodes of The LeBrons, exclusive to Xbox. The show is an animated series about LeBron James based on Nike commercials. In addition a OneBeat application will be released on Xbox with a calender of events, ticket sales and Electronic Dance Music (EDM) that can be shared through Facebook.
