Niantic Permanently Banning Pokémon Go Players Who Use Bots and GPS Spoofing
Don't cheat in Pokémon Go

Pokémon Go developer Niantic Labs won't tolerate cheaters, dishing out permanent bans to anyone caught.

Two of the most notorious cheats currently being used are GPS spoofing, tricking their GPS, and using bots to boost their level.
“This includes, but is not limited to: falsifying your location, using emulators, modified or unofficial software and/or accessing Pokémon GO clients or backends in an unauthorized manner including through the use of third party software.”
The safest thing to do is to avoid these exploits, the risk isn't worth the rewards.
