Saints Row: The Third Free Weekend is Here

A few days ago Steam users saw the following under their account details: "Saints Row: The Third Free Weekend - Sep 2012, Complimentary." Some users briefly were able to view an advertisement announcing the games free-to-play weekend and pre-load option. However, pre-loading the game did not seem to be an option.

Wait no longer. Saints Row: The Third, free weekend is here. Steam users can now download the game and play for free until Sunday at 1PM PDT. Saints Row: The Third is also 66% off ($13.59) on Steam until Monday at 10AM PDT.
