System Shock 3 Gets Its First Trailer at GDC 2019

System Shock 3 has been in a state of limbo since the publisher, Starbreeze Studios, dropped the project and gave the rights back to the developer following its financial struggles. But during GDC 2019 a new trailer has been released showing of AI SHODAN and it has lots of fans excited.

Series creator Warren Spector gave a keynote presentation to showcase the trailer and finalizing the game would be built using Unity. While the trailer serves as a teaser, with no gameplay, a lot of players remember the AI SHODAN and how it terrorized players throughout System Shock 2.

System Shock 3 is currently in development, with no announced release date or window at this time.
