System Shock Reboot Coming to PS4 in Early 2018

Nightdive Studios, the people developing the reboot of System Shock, have announced that the PS4 version of the game will release in early 2018.

The kickstarter launched at the end of June as a remaster instead of a reboot, which was the original plan. The project reached its goal of $900,000 in 16 days, and with 7 days left in the campaign currently stands at $1,079,587.

System Shock will also come to the PC and Xbox One at the end of 2017. If the project reaches $1.1 million in donations the game will release on Mac and Linux and feature Razer Chroma support. You can fund the project here.
